Okay - I have a bit of a secret - for some of you it will come as no surprise - for others I am sure you will be completely shocked....
Here it is - drum roll - I am old enough to subscribe to and read AARP magazine!! This does surprise me.
I have almost stopped believing in coincidence - the side effect of having a child with special needs. So yesterday I was not even a bit startled when I opened this month's magazine directly to the article about the connection between animals and people. I have seen this first hand with Alex and Lucy - as well as at WindWalkers. Needless to say, the second page of this article described the relationship between a horse and a disabled adult.
So for those of you interested - please read the enclosed.
